Variety Editor Talks to Himself on Twitter
We don’t know Josh Dickey that well, but from the little we’ve seen and read, he seems to have a healthy sense of humor. Latest case in point are some recent tweets.
When Dickey left TheWrap for Variety last year, he created a new Twitter account, @Variety_JLD. This allows him to interact with tweets from his older, Wrap days handle, @JoshDickey, which he appears to have kept for personal communication purposes. For example, check out this Friday March 18th sequence, wherein Dickey re-tweeted a big Batman scoop from the Variety end, and then commented:
There’s also the unusual opportunity for Dickey to comment from the Variety end on having surpassed his old, bad ass Twitter self:
