Jeffrey Bewkes to Take TW Reins From Dick Parsons in January 2008
Time Warner announced today that their COO and President Jeffrey Bewkes will take the reins over from Dick Parsons at the beginning of next year. The announcement takes place in advance of Wednesday’s 3Q earnings report. From CNNMoney:
”It has been under Bewkes’ watch that the company has already publicly listed some shares in the cable division, sold off some magazines and revised AOL’s business plan to focus more on Internet advertising and less on subscriptions for e-mail and Internet access.”
