Jamie Schram To Lead Crime Beat At The New York Post

Last June FishbowlNY reported that longtime investigative reporter Murray Weiss was leaving the New York Post, however no word was given of his successor.  Now — six months later — veteran Post contributor Jamie Schram has moved into Weiss’s old role and will serve as the paper’s police bureau chief.  Staffers in the Post’s crime department are glad to follow Schram’s lead and believe that he “ramps up the energy of the people he works around.”
