Vice has named James Rosenstock executive VP, international and corporate development. He most recently served as Discovery Communication’s executive VP of corporate development.
“Jay’s been at the forefront of building some of the great international media businesses of the last decade,” said Vice co-president James Schwab, in a statement. “Jay’s range of global relationships, deal-making skills and experience across television, film, music, education, sports and digital content distribution is a perfect fit for Vice.”
Rosenstock will report to Schwab.
