It's a Good Thing Twitter Isn't Planning to Charge

The number wasn’t one-half, or one-quarter, or 10 percent, or even 1 percent: Zero percent of respondents to the latest Digital Future Study from the Center for the Digital Future at USC’s Annenberg School for Communication & Journalism said they would pay to use Twitter.

The study found that 49 percent of Internet users had used Twitter or services like it, but that obviously doesn’t mean they would pay for it, based on the results.
