iPhone Target of Class-Action Suits
Love it or hate it, everyone who’s ever used an iPhone has an opinion. Lately, though, more of those negative feelings are seeing the light of day in the form of lawsuits.
In the past couple weeks, several anti-iPhone class-action suits have been filed – two against AT&T Mobility and three against Apple, according to an RCR Wireless report. The gist of the suits is that the iPhone 3G has less-than-stellar craftsmanship and fails to work as promised over the AT&T network.
