The Parrot AR.Drone is a very cool flying quadricopter that is controlled over a WiFi connection from an iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad. Honestly? I thought it was vaporware when I first heard about it. But, guess what? Brookstone is taking pre-orders for this $299 high flying (literally) iPhone accessory right now. The stated availablity date is September 3.
