Install This App & Get Points for Your Game!!! This May be a Thing of the Past for iPhone/iPad Games

If you use an iPhone, iPod touch or iPad, you’ve probably run across a game or two (probably more) that pops up an window as soon as the app starts with an advertisement incentive to download a different app in exchange for points in the game you are playing. After my first few incentive apps installation encounters I grew to intensely dislike this unwanted pop-up window. There must have been more to my dislike of this genre of games because I couldn’t find a single one left installed on my iPad when I tried looking for a game app to produce a representative screenshot for this commentary.
