Step 1: On your Instagram home feed, tap the paper airplane icon in the top-right corner of the screen to go to your message inbox. Note: You can also get to your inbox by swiping from right to left on your home feed.
Step 2: Tap the conversation containing the user(s) you wish to video chat with.
