Instagram: Here's How to Invite Someone Via Text Message
Encourage contacts to visit your profile
Did you know that Instagram allows you to invite your contacts to visit your profile by sending them a text message with an invite link? Our guide will show you how this works.

Step 1: Tap your profile picture in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Tap the three horizontal lines in the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Tap “Settings” at the bottom of the screen.
Step 4: Tap “Follow and Invite Friends.”
Step 5: Tap “Invite Friends by SMS.”
This will load a text message window on your device, where you can enter your desired recipient(s) and send the invite message.
