Instagram recently launched IGTV, a new section in the Instagram application (and a standalone mobile app) that lets users watch videos that are up to one hour long. If you want to leave a comment on a video you’re watching on IGTV, our guide will show you how this is done.

Step 1: Swipe down on the video preview image at the bottom of the screen to make the browse menu disappear.
Step 2: Tap the comment button at the bottom of the screen.
