INRIX Traffic Forecasts & Their Mobile Apps
I was somewhat surprised to see that my home town is not listed in INRIX’s list of the top 10 most congested cities in the U.S.

LA, New York, and Chicago are the top three while Seattle/Tacoma comes in at number 10. INRIX provided that first smartphone app (for the iPhone) that actually provided near real-time traffic information for my area. There are other sources like Google Maps and Wave now. But, INRIX was the first that actually worked for me.
