Social media-related highlights from the study included:

  • 67 percent of job seekers using social media turn to Facebook, while 45 percent use Twitter and 40 percent use LinkedIn.
  • The “big three” are starting to get some company, however, as 31 percent of job seekers said they used Instagram as part of the process, 25 percent cited Pinterest and 17 percent said they use Snapchat.
