In Which Joe Scarborough Debuts as a WaPo Contributor and Denounces Trump

Even Scarborough has a limit, we discover.

scarboroughCongratulations, everybody. We have discovered there is a 38th parallel for cessation of Trump praise, or, at least, Morning Joe host Joe Scarborough has discovered his: the KKK. It is the subject of his first column as a contributor to the Washington Post Opinions section, a role the publication announced he will take on through the 2016 elections.

Scarborough even mocks the type of preposterous Trump statement that so often goes unchallenged:

Why would the same man who claims to have “the world’s greatest memory” say “I don’t know anything about David Duke” just two days after he condemned the former Klansman in a nationally televised press conference? And with that amazing memory, how could Donald Trump have forgotten that he himself refused to run for president as a Reform Party nominee in 2000 because “Klansman” David Duke was a member of that same party?
