Your Newspaper Reads To You

PressReader updated its iOS apps earlier this week with a new text to speech option. You can now have the apps read the newspaper articles to you. The new feature is called Newspaper Radio, and it doesn’t just read an article out loud. You can read the article yourself, of course, but now you can also:

• Listen to a newspaper as its downloading
• Jump from one article to the next at the *swipe* of a finger side to side
• Jump from section to section at the *swipe* of a finger up and down or through the table of contents
• Instant pause and play with the touch of a finger

PressReader is a subscription service that offers access to over 1,900 newspapers from 95 countries.
