In-N-Out Sues Delivery Service DoorDash

Imagine picking up your phone and ordering a Double-Double with a side of Animal Fries…and waiting for the order to come to you. Sweet, right? Apparently, the thought leaves a sour taste in the collective mouth of In-N-Out. They’ve decided to take legal action to ensure that never happens.

In a complaint filed earlier this month, the California-based burger chain charges the delivery startup of “trademark infringement and unfair competition.” Furthermore, DoorDash thought it would be a good idea to use a fake In-N-Out logo in its marketing collateral because sure, they’ll never know.
