In Memoriam: Sue Newton Small
Time‘s Jay Newton Small, an incredible reporter and friend of FishbowlDC, lost her mother suddenly on March 13, 2011.
“She was in her element, hosting a dinner party for 14 when a massive aneurism hit. She felt no pain and had time for no fear. She died in the arms of her friends. In death she gave the gift of life to three others through organ donations and helped another 300 people in need with her tissue and bones,” Jay explained in an email.
