IMDb for Android: An App I Really Want to Like. If Only It Actually Worked...

Every movie fan with access to the web knows about or should know about IMDb (Internet Movie Database). It provides the essential information for just about every movie ever made and many of the people behind and in front of the camera. The IMDb iPhone app is a “must have”. And, I expected the same of the Android version. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to work much past the initial page. It never retrieved any information I tried to get.
