If Google Were a Startup, Looking for Friends to Come Visit...

An interesting, recently much-discussed project we found over at bblinks put together by the blog Mean Gene, asking the hypothetical question, “What if Google were a startup that was hoping to attract attention and gather up as many hits as possible?” It was asked because the owner of the site was working on starting up their own for-profit, travel planning site called Kango and wanted to bring that familiar problem of securing a presence for yourself by bringing a giant down to their level.
