iBooks Takes The Lead In Book Apps
According to the App Store ratings, at 3:45 ET this afternoon, iBooks is the most popular app in the Top Free Books category. This wins out over Nook, who debuted at #1 last week at launch.
Kindle comes in at #2 and the Nook app is #3. The Nook app only has 2.5 stars, which falls below iBooks’ 3.5 stars and Kindle’s 3 stars.
The free Marvel Comics remains in the Top 10 at #4, as does the preloaded Wattpad app at #5.
