Since apologies from famous people all end up sounding the same, it makes sense that you could mash a bunch together and no one would know the difference. In that spirit, author Thomas Vinciguerra has done something fantastic in today’s New York Times: He wrote one long apology by threading together 24 sentences from a variety of public figures’ apologies. Who made the list? There’s Bill Clinton, Eliot Spitzer, Jesse Jackson and Larry Craig, just to name a few.
