Huffpo Launches College Section Calling for Free Labor, Runs Feature About 'Majoring in Debt'

We’re waiting for the Huffpo media jobs page where all the laid off journalists write for free (but get exposure) about how there’s no work.

Yes, HuffPost College launched and “hired” a bunch of college students to “work” on it.

HuffPo citizen journalism editor Adam Clark Estes told The Examiner:

We do have a small budget to set student journalists up with equipment and to cover costs, but they won’t be paid on a traditional story-by-story basis. As with the rest of the citizen journalists at Huffington Post, we expect that the by-line and exposure offered by our millions of readers will be the best way to give credit.
