HP to Launch New webOS Magazine App with TouchPad
Today HP announced that the HP TouchPad would ship with Pivot, a new magazine that HP launched just for the TouchPad.
This won’t be your ordinary magazine. HP plans to use Pivot to help TouchPad owner find useful apps. “Pivot brings app discovery to a new level for customers and developers alike,” said Richard Kerris, vice president, webOS Worldwide Developer Relations, HP. “We want our partners to experience webOS as the growing platform of opportunity, and we’re investing in new ways to help market their applications on our platform.”
