Four National Football League players received the best possible rating in Electronic Arts’ Madden NFL 20 video game, 99, and the league and the developer came up with an innovative way to showcase the four members of the 99 Club.
NFL social media brand The Checkdown teamed up with EA on a mural at 2270 Venice Blvd. in Los Angeles, where one player was revealed each day over a four-day period.
The mural was painted by artist Jaime Guerrero.
The four players to achieve the coveted 99 rating were: Los Angeles Rams defensive tackle Aaron Donald, Seattle Seahawks linebacker Bobby Wagner, Chicago Bears LB Khalil Mack and Houston Texans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins.
