Reports of the Hot List's demise are not only greatly exaggerated, but colossally wrong.

Keith Kelly may have "reported" in the New York Post that the Hot List has been "scrapped," but Adweek's annual roundup of the most successful and influential magazine titles of the year returns Monday to a regrooved Adweek—just as it has every year since the legendary Clay Felker launched the Hot List in the early '80s.

The numbers have been crunched and produced some surprising results.
