Social media management system Hootsuite has released Conversations, an instant message tool that lets you collaborate with colleagues in real time. Multiple people can already work from the same dashboard using the Teams feature, but until now, there hasn't been a way for them to communicate with each other without going somewhere else.

Founded in 2008, Hootsuite connects to your pages on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google+ so that you can monitor conversations and schedule posts. You can also use it to post content on YouTube,Tumblr, MailChimp, Flickr, and other services. The company serves 5 million customers and competes with other services like Salesforce and TweetDeck.
