Hitwise: American Idol, Jersey Shore Bounce Back
Fox’s American Idol and MTV’s Jersey Shore returned to the Hitwise rankings of television Web sites during the week ended Aug. 21, which otherwise brought very little change from the previous week, with the broadcast networks still airing reruns.
CBS was the top-ranked broadcast-network site for the second week in a row, with ABC coming in second.
CBS’ Big Brother retained head-of-household status as the No. 1 broadcast-show site, with Fox’s America’s Most Wanted finishing second and Idol grabbing the No.
