While the Android version of Twitter’s mobile application allows users to save searches for easy access later on, the iOS version currently does not. However, this doesn’t mean that iOS users can’t use the saved searches feature in the iOS Twitter app.
To use this feature on iOS, you need to first save each search while using Twitter on the web. This will allow you to access the saved searches later on in the app. Our guide will show you how this is done.
Step 1: On Twitter’s website, search for the topic you’d like to save via the search menu in the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Click the three vertical dots near the top-right corner of the search results page.
Step 3: Click “Save this search” to save the search to your account.
Once you’ve saved a search to your account, you can access it in the Twitter mobile app on iOS. Here’s how.
Step 1: Click the “Explore” button at the bottom of the screen.
Step 2: Tap the “Search Twitter” bar at the top of the screen.
Step 3: Tap the saved search under “Saved Searches” to search for the topic in the mobile app.
If you ever want to delete a saved search later on, go to Twitter on the web, click the search bar and click the “X” next to the saved search you’d like to delete. Note: Android users also have the ability to remove saved searches within the Android Twitter app.
