Hearst Launches LMK.com Content-Aggregation Site

LMKcom.jpgHearst launched new content-aggregation site LMK.com, which stands for Let Me Know, and the site debuted with college football, with Silicon Alley Insider reporting that reality TV is next, followed by many more.

Its pages for individual teams include statistical information from ESPN, general content from Wikipedia and streams of stories from all over the Internet.

LMK.com is being run by former iVillage chief operating officer Michael Gutkowski.

Hearst’s George Kliavkoff told Silicon Alley Insider it only takes one person to run the entire site, since the aggregation is automated.
