Gov. Christie Gives Weighty Headline Light Touch
This morning on MSNBC’s Morning Joe, Co-host Mika Brzezinski, a stickler for healthy eating, expressed her disgust at the New York Post‘s recent “Fat Chance” headline on Gov. Chris Christie. The New Jersey governor will keynote the Republican National Convention tonight.
“It’s just cruel,” Mika said. “It’s not funny, it’s like cancer, it’s not a joke, and yet it’s still a headline like this.”
Christie’s wife, Mary Pat, also on the program with the physique of a toothpick, remarked, “We just can’t let it bother us.
