Google To Sell Harry Potter eBooks
When Harry Potter makes its way into the eBook format this fall via J.K. Rowling’s new site for the franchise called Pottermore, Google will help distribute the content.
Inside Google Books explains: “Pottermore and Google are teaming up to integrate Pottermore with a number of Google products and APIs. So when the series of Harry Potter ebooks launches on Pottermore.com in early October, these bestsellers will be available in the U.S. via the open Google eBooks platform.
