Google Goggles for Android Can Copy & Paste OCRed Text, Map Searches, Translate Russian!
Google Goggles for Android 1.5 was just updated and gained a couple of interesting new abilities.
Google Goggles learns Russian and gets a new view
The first is the ability to recognize and translate (optical character recognition) Russion Cyrillic characters.
The second is a map view of things you’ve photographed and searched for using Goggles. It places markers on the map telling you where you took a photo to search for an item in the past. The History list view is available too.
