Gnarls Barkley Video Denied Over MTV's Seizure Concerns

Last night we heard from our old friend Alissa, who you might remember from once upon a time hanging around these parts. She dropped us a line to let us know about some trouble a few of her acquaintances, namely the directing team Happy (aka Richard Farmer and Guy Shelmerdine) and the editorial/fx company, Therapy, have run into with MTV in trying to get their new music video for Gnarls Barkley in rotation. Turns out, it’s not due to the usual no-no’s of nudity, drugs, violence, or the worst of the worst: violent, drug-addicted nudists.
