Gene Simmons Launching Restaurant Chain
When FishbowlLA got the release about Gene Simmons re-opening the Rock & Brews restaurant in El Segundo on April 3, we had only one question. And after speaking with a rep for this latest venture from the KISS frontman, reality TV star and belated fan of marriage, we can confirm that tongue will not be on the menu.
The revised Rock & Brews concept is clever. With classic concerts playing on flat screens and a backstage atmosphere cultivated throughout, diners will be able to select from “Opening Acts” salads, “Headliner” sandwiches, “Encores” desserts and so on.
In addition to the El Segundo location on Main Street, there are plans to open a future outpost at LAX.
