Gary Hustwit Announces Urbanized Film to Conclude His Design Trilogy

Before this writer headed out of town last Thursday night, we caught word that our old pal and former UnBeige co-editor, Alissa Walker, had landed the scoop on filmmaker Gary Hustwit‘s third film in his design documentary trilogy. Following Helvetica and last year’s look at product design, Objectified, Hustwist’s latest will be called Urbanized, a film about the design of cities. Set to be released sometime next year, it’s currently being filmed in the director’s usual globe-hopping fashion.
