Fusion adds Tom Shroder and Lynn Medford to its staff as standards editors. The pair will be responsible for editorial standards on all Fusion platforms.
In this role, they take over for Laura Wides-Muñoz, who this week moved into a new position as vice president for special projects and editorial strategy.
Both Medford and Shroder had spent considerable time at the Washington Post. Medford had been editor of Washington Post Magazine before she retired from the Post this summer, and Shroder’s most recent role at the post was the very same–he had been magazine editor from 2001 to 2009.
