French Vogue Narrows Search For New Editor-In-Chief

Carine Roitfeld turned a few heads last month when she announced that she would be vacating her post as editor-in-chief of Vogue Paris.  A WWD report indicates that sources close to the situation believe French Vogue’s fashion director Emmanuelle Alt is the current clubhouse leader to succeed Roitfeld.  One other name in the mix for the editor-in-chief role is Virginie Mouzat, the fashion editor of French newspaper Le Figaro.

Patricia Goldman Communication, the firm that oversees media relations for Condé Nast France, said that no decision has been made on Roitfeld’s successor.
