Fox News Reporter Threatened with Jail
Jana Winter, a Fox News reporter, is staying silent. And for that, she could face up to six months in jail. After the Aurora, Colorado shooting, Winter broke a story that the murderer — James Holmes — had sent a notebook to a Univesity of Colorado psychiatrist “full of details about how he was going to kill people.”
