Facebook Offers All Employees 4 Months’ Parental Leave

Vice president of human resources Lori Matloff Goler announced in a Facebook post that all full-time employees will receive four months of parental leave, regardless of gender or location.
Zuckerberg announced last week that he will take two months of paternity leave once his daughter is born.
Goler wrote in her post:
I am proud to announce today that we are extending our parental leave policy for full time employees to cover four months of paid baby leave for all new parents, no matter their gender or where in the world they live.
