Founders Think MySpace Is Wonderful; They Are Probably Correct

In an interview with Spiegel Online, MySpace.com co-founder Tom Anderson claims the site he started with Chris DeWolfe has “replaced MTV.” A bold statement, but after Sunday’s episode of “I’m From Rolling Stone,” we went straight to our profile and started a group called “Fire Jann” that almost instantly reached 10,000 members.

Anderson also says he only has “no more than four or five friends” offline, roughly .000004 percent of the 148 million (and counting) he boasts online.
