Former Bon Appétit Editor-in-Chief Barbara Fairchild to Pen Monthly Column for Nomad Editions' Real Eats
Nomad Editions, a New York-based startup that creates weekly digital publications exclusively for mobile devices including the iPhone and iPad, announced the addition of a big-name editorial talent: former Bon Appétit editor-in-chief Barbara Fairchild.
Fairchild, who helmed Bon Appétit for the past 10 years, along with writing its cookbooks, will write a monthly column for Nomad Editions’ Real Eats, which focuses on the people who grow, harvest, create, and present food. She originally joined Bon Appétit as an editorial assistant in 1978.
