Foreign Policy Adds Pair of Journalists

Dan De Luce and Bill Allison join FP as chief national security correspondent and chief investigative reporter, respectively.

Foreign Policy Magazine has hired Dan De Luce and Bill Allison to its newsroom, announced CEO and editor David Rothkopf.

“Dan and Bill bring exceptional track records and a proven ability to seek out and find important stories even under the most challenging conditions,” said Rothkopf of the additions.

De Luce, a former reporter for Agence France-Presse covering the Pentagon, will serve as FP‘s chief national security correspondent with a focus on the Obama administration’s foreign policy moves. He has also written for The Guardian and Reuters, covering everything from Iraq and Afghanistan to the wars in the former Yugoslavia.

Allison will join FP as their chief investigative reporter with a focus on the way money shapes policy in Washington, as it relates to foreign governments, companies and individuals. He
