Flipboard for Android to Get Beta Release Soon
Many readers have been eagerly waiting for Flipboard’s news aggregator reading app to show up on Android and it looks like they’ll have to wait a little longer.
While this app may have shipped Samsung Galaxy SIII, Flipboard has been holding off on releasing the app to the rest of the Android world. I had thought that Flipboard was delaying because Samsung had paid for an exclusive, but it turns out that there is a technical reason.
Engadget has learned that this app is coming soon and that the delay is due to the many different Android devices on the market.
