Fixya Launches 6ya Mobile Troubleshooting App on iOS

The 6ya app connects users with repair experts who offer advice in six minutes or less.

Community-based troubleshooting company Fixya has announced its new iOS app, 6ya, which looks to take the frustration out of many common repairs by connecting users with experts when something breaks.

The 6ya platform offers video or audio chats with experts concerning four categories of products: cars and trucks, computers and internet, smartphones and tablets and home appliances. The subscription-based service costs $6 per month, with that price including unlimited chats and advice from experts, who are available 24 hours a day, and will address each issue within six minutes.
