FiveThirtyEight.com, Nate Silver’s mathy poll-analysis site, officially takes its electoral megawonkery over to The New York Times‘ website one week from today. (In electoral talk, that’s the first Tuesday after the fourth Monday in August of 2010.)

This is roughly a week later than we had originally planned, but our feeling is that we want to be rolling at pretty much full speed from the very outset of our re-launch there, and so we have indulged in a few extra days of development time.
