LOS ANGELES-Kovel Kresser & Partners in Santa Monica, Calif., has been named to handle the creative portion of the $20 million Energy Pacific account, after a four-month review. ICG in Los Angeles will handle the media buying. The agency prevailed over Bozell Worldwide, Costa Mesa, Calif.; Campbell-Ewald in Los Angeles; and Capener, Matthews & Walcher in San Diego. Billings are expected to double over the next year.
