Austin-based delivery service Favor has announced its expansion into Tempe and Scottsdale, Arizona. The Favor app allows users to hire personal delivery assistants called Runners, who pick up and deliver anything from food to laundry.
From January 2015 to January 2016, Favor said its 10,000 Runners completed more than 1.5 million deliveries, and that its gross monthly sales increased by 390 percent. Favor said more than 90 percent of its completed deliveries have a five-star rating.
