Fader Media Announces New Hires And Promotions
Fader Media has announced a slew of promotions and new hires among its fold.
Matthew Schnipper, Fader’s former senior editor, has been named deputy editor of both the print publication and TheFADER.com. Sam Hockley Smith rises from associate editor to take on the role of senior editor. David Bevan will remain editor of The Tripwire, a “virtual community for exploring the indie/alternative music scene and the lifestyle surrounding it,” and will also take on the duties of associate editor of the print publication.
Fader Media would like it to be known that Schnipper, Hockley Smith and Bevan are 27, 25 and 26, respectively.
John Francis Peters has been named photo editor for all the company’s media properties after having worked as its photography coordinator.
