Facebook appears to be testing a new format for friend request notifications sent to people's email addresses.
Facebook appears to be testing a new format for friend request notifications sent to people’s email addresses.
Some users whose settings enable the site to email notifications about friend requests now receive messages with a new layout. New additions include information about the person requesting the friendship — number of friends, photos, wall posts and groups — plus a link to view all of the message recipients pending friend requests.
Previously, these messages only contained a link to confirm the friendship and a notation of how many mutual friends you hav.e
