Facebook Raided LinkedIn to Fill Its Chief Accounting Officer Spot
New Facebook CAO and principal accounting officer Susan Taylor had been with LinkedIn since January 2012
LinkedIn vice president, controller and chief accounting officer Susan Taylor is switching social networks, assuming the posts of CAO and principal accounting officer at Facebook.
Facebook announced the addition of Taylor in a Form 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission earlier this week, saying that previous CAO Jas Athwal left the company Feb. 17.
Taylor had been with LinkedIn since January 2012, following stints with Silver Spring Networks, Yahoo and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Facebook said in the Form 8-K that Taylor will receive an annual base salary of $400,000 and a one-time, non-recurring sign on bonus of $400,000, as well as participation in the company’s annual bonus plan, under which she will have an individual bonus target of 50 percent of her annual base salary.’
